About Angie
Before real estate she was a senior paralegal running the day-to-day of a criminal-justice office — budgets, case files, compliance — and she's owned small businesses on both sides of the border. Now a Dripping Springs Realtor with two daughters in DSISD schools, she says county roads should be fixed by engineering data, not politics, and she's running with no corporate money.

About Rob
TPPF is the Austin think tank behind school vouchers and the campaign against public-school funding. McClelland is director of business development for BPI Partners, an Austin firm that does drainage, erosion and stormwater work on construction sites in Hays County — the kind of work the Commissioners Court hands out contracts for. He also sits on the Texas School Safety Center board (an Abbott appointment) and is a deacon at his church. On growth, water and the county budget, his answers so far are "fiscal discipline" and "responsible development."
