He survived the Congolese genocide as a small child and arrived in Houston as a 5-year-old refugee, and now works there as an IT analyst.
About Espoir
Ngabo built a career in information technology, working at companies including BrandSafway, Entegris, and Kapsch Group, and now serves as a regional IT analyst. He's running as the Green Party nominee to try to become the first third-party candidate to represent TX-07, saying he wants to protect the community that took him in as a refugee.

Fletcher, an attorney, co-founded a Planned Parenthood young-leaders group back in 2000 and later built a legal career in Houston before running for office. She's now seeking another term representing Texas's 7th District, where she's focused on protecting the Affordable Care Act, defending abortion access, and pushing back on cuts to Social Security and Medicare.
