Who Lacey is
Lacey Hull is a lifelong Houstonian who grew up in the very district she now represents, going to Spring Branch schools before earning a political science degree at the University of Houston.
About Lacey
Hull worked with nonprofits on family-policy issues before winning her Texas House seat in November 2020. She's now seeking a fourth term representing House District 138 in west Houston, running on border security, oil-and-gas jobs, and public school teacher pay.

About Tyler
Smith grew up in Houston, graduated from Texas Southern University, was a Presidential Fellow under Joe Biden, and worked in Washington as an aide to U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff. He now works for Everytown for Gun Safety, building coalitions of shooting survivors and lawmakers, work shaped by losing loved ones to gun violence himself, and is running to unseat incumbent Lacey Hull in House District 138.
