Ron Angeletti
Angeletti is a special-education teacher and former juvenile probation officer who moved to the Houston area after Hurricane Katrina and is running as an outsider focused on "people, not party."

He lost the May 2026 special election for this seat 75-25 and is back for the November rematch, centering his campaign on opposing private-school vouchers and fixing flood-prone infrastructure.
